Paddi Riopelle holds her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation with more than 18 years of human resources experience. Paddi apprenticed in Human Resources with National Defence in Ottawa and London, Ontario while pursuing post-secondary education in the field. With experience in the public, not-for-profit and private sector at senior levels, Paddi has acquired a wealth of experience with the Department of National Defence, Elgin Association for Community Living, Day-Timers of Canada, Convergys and a Fortune 500 company, Henry Schein.

Paddi has received the Deputy Minister Commendation for “exceptional achievement in the service of the Department of National Defense through outstanding professional contribution to the field of human resources in South-Western Ontario”. In 2003, she was awarded the Niagara Employment Alliance award for contributions to educating and promoting employment for people with disabilities.
